Better You Magnesium Sensitive Body Spray delivers pure magnesium oil from the skin into the bloodstream and is suitable for even the most sensitive skin.
Magnesium is required for over 325 biochemical reactions in the body and helps contribute to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal functioning of the nervous system, and supports muscle function. Today's dietary intake is woefully deficient in this essential mineral with Western diets containing more and more processed foods and longer transport times. By applying Magnesium Oil Sensitive Skin either topically or in a soak, magnesium is well absorbed than when taken orally.
By aiding calcium absorption magnesium supports the maintenance of normal bones and teeth and also supports normal muscle function, rest and recovery.

Concentrated solution of Zechstein Inside Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate (15% concentration).
What is the source of the magnesium chloride?
The magnesium chloride used is a solution mined in Veendam in the Netherlands. It is mined from an ancient seabed that has been condensed and purified for over 250 million years. To mine the magnesium chloride, spring water is carefully pumped down to dissolve the seam and the solution is brought up to the surface. This solution is the foundation of our Magnesium products.
The pump on my spray has stopped working. What do I do now?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of these products, occasionally crystallisation can occur in the pump mechanism, preventing it from working. This can often occur if the spray hasn't been stored at room temperature or hasn't been used in a while. This can usually be fixed by removing the pump from the bottle and soaking it in warm water for no less than 10 minutes. After soaking, press the pump down firmly a few times whilst it is immersed in the water to clear any crystallisation. The pump must be clear of all water and dry before returning to the bottle.
Is magnesium safe to take orally?
This magnesium supplement has been developed to be applied directly to the skin, so we do not recommend taking them orally.
I take medication, are there any contraindications?
There are no contraindications with any of our transdermal magnesium products. However, we always recommend speaking to your healthcare professional before starting any dietary supplements if you are on any medications or have any medical conditions.
Can I use transdermal magnesium during pregnancy?
Transdermal magnesium is perfectly safe to use during pregnancy with no restrictions on dosage levels during this time. While some essential oils are advised to be avoided during pregnancy, those included in the Better You products (with the exception of Basil in Mind Flakes) are classified as safe. However, if you have any concerns relating to your own health, please seek the advise of your midwife or healthcare professional before starting any dietary supplements.
Can I overdose on transdermal magnesium?
You do not need to worry about overdosing when using transdermal magnesium. Upper limits are only set when using the product orally, as large doses can have a laxative effect due to it being a natural relaxant. Toxic symptoms from increased magnesium intake are not common as the body eliminates excess amounts, unless there are serious problems with kidney function. However, we always recommend speaking to your healthcare professional before starting any dietary supplements if you are on any medications or have any medical conditions.
The Magnesium Tingle. What is it?
On initial application, you may experience a slight tingling sensation. This may indicate low magnesium levels and is the result of the high speed absorption of magnesium through the pores. This will pass with regular use and as absorption commences immediately, skin can be towelled off after massaging in.
How much does 10 sprays deliver me?
