Directions: As a food supplement, take two Premenstrual Support capsules with or without food, any time of the day, everyday, or as directed by your healthcare professional. 

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision, consult your doctor before taking any food supplement. We advise taking your supplements a minimum of 2 hours after taking any medication. Keep out of sight and reach of children. Do not take if seal broken.

Do I take this product each day of my cycle?
This product is designed to be taken each day of your cycle, including during a period. It's NOT designed to just be used before your period. Supporting your period and cycle means looking at each day of your cycle.

Can I take this whilst breast-feeding?
Yes, you can take this if your period has returned.

Can I take this if I am trying for a baby?
Yes you can. This formula is useful for women who are looking to conceive to support their hormones and for healthy reproduction (fertility). However we do not recommend this if you are taking prescribed fertility medication.

Can I take this whilst undergoing IUI, IVF or FET preparation?
We do not recommend this product if you are undergoing IUI, IVF or FET, however you may take this in advance of starting any medication or procedures.

Can I take during my period?
Yes you can.

Can I take this during the perimenopause?
Yes, this product also combines well with Botanical Menopause Complex. 

Can I take this with a contraceptive?
It depends on which contraceptive you are using, and why. 

Can my daughter take this?
Yes, if your daughter has started her menstrual cycle she can take this, however if she has had less than six periods in her life so far we recommend speaking to a health professional for advice.

How long should I take this for?
It can often take three months to regulate a cycle or diminish PMS symptoms, so we recommend taking this for at least three months, however it is also completely safe to take for longer.
