Vitamin B1 supports healthy functioning of the heart, muscles and nerves and also acts as an antioxidant, protecting the body from the degenerative effects of ageing, alcohol consumption and smoking.

Solgar thiamin Vitamin B1 tablets are also useful in helping to protect the body from insect bites.

Signs of vitamin B1 thiamin deficiency: Persistent tiredness, irritability, constipation and loss of appetite.

Directions: As a food supplement, take one tablet of Vitamin B1 daily, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner. 

FREE OF: Gluten, Wheat, Dairy, Soy, Yeast, Preservatives, Sweeteners, Artificial Flavours or Colours.

If you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medications or have any medical condition, please consult your healthcare practitioner before taking this product.

Each tablet provides: Thiamine (Vitamin B1, as thiamin HCI) 500 mg. Bulking Agents: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose. Anti-caking Agents: vegetable stearic acid, silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate, Cellulose Gum. Glazing Agents: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, vegetable glycerin (from palm kernel oil and coconut oil).

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of young children.
