What is Ayuric?
Ayuric® is a registered trademark of Natreon, Inc. of the Terminalia bellerica extract, which is the main active ingredient in this product. Terminalia bellerica was shown to modulate levels of uric acid, support a healthy response to inflammatory factors, and have antioxidant properties.
Does Uric Acid Control have any kind of cherry or cherry extract in it?
This product does not contain any cherries or cherry extract.
Is Uric Acid Control Yeast free?
There are no yeast-derived ingredients in this product. All finished products are tested for Yeast and Mold per the USP <2021> and meet the required value of =1,000 cfu/g.
Is the product a known blood thinner or having any blood thinning properties?
Based on Life Extension comprehensive review of the literature, blood thinning is not a side effect we would expect from this product. However, since all of our biochemistries are unique it can affect how we respond to different nutrients.
Is it gluten free?
This product does not contain any gluten.
Can i take one or two capsules daily?
Life Extension formulates its product dosing and instructions based on scientific literature. We ideally suggest following the dosing instructions on the product label, which is to take one capsule two times daily after breakfast and dinner.
Can it be used if I'm on a blood thinner (warfarin)?
Based on Life Extension thorough caution review, there are no known contraindications seen with any major class of medication. However, please notify your physician of any supplements you may be using.
