How to use: Leave the Eye Doctor Allergy eye compress in the bag provided and place in the fridge for at least two hours. Remove the allergy compress from the bag and insert it into the cover. Place the compress and the cover in cold water and squeeze off excess water. Apply to closed eyes until symptoms are relieved. After application, return the allergy compress, in the storage bag to the fridge, ready for next time. Hand wash the cover with warm water as required and dry it flat.

What do I do if the eye compress doesn’t fit on my head?
Don’t worry, the straps are a comfort feature and not necessary to achieve effective treatment. If you need an alternative way to use the compress, simply recline your head back and apply the eye compress to your eyes.
