How To Stay Healthy This Winter
Staying healthy is almost on everyone’s list every winter. But this year, in the midst of a pandemic, it may be even more of a concern than usual.
Read moreNatural by Nature Geranium Oil is an astringent, sedative, anti-inflammatory, tonic and antispasmodic. Very useful in treating menopausal problems such as hot flushes and night sweats and can help relieve premenstrual tension.
Geranium Oil is used to treat acne, stabilize hormones, allay anxiety and lower inflammation. It can help balance the secretion of hormones and stimulates the lymphatic system and the pancreas. Light green in colour and has a delightfully fresh, sweet, heavy rose-like smell when diffused in aromatherapy. Do not use undiluted essential oils on the skin (except where indicated).
Benefits of Geranium Oil:
How to use:
In the Bath & Shower - add 5 drops to sufficient bath oil, gel or a carrier oil. For children over 2 years of age, use 2 drops with sufficient bath oil or carrier oil.

Massage - for adults, use fifteen drops with approximately two tablespoons of carrier oil. For children over 2, use 6 drops of ginger oil in the same amount of carrier oil.
Diffusers & Burners - use 1-3 drops to energise and lift mood.
