Lamberts Fema 45+ pack of 180 tablets has been specially formulated for women of menstruating age and after the menopause and replaces Gynovite Plus and Optivite. Particularly aimed at supporting bone health and may help with side effects of hormone changes during the menopause.


The formula provides 28 nutrients at relevant levels including trace minerals and antioxidants. It also contains higher levels of calcium and magnesium, as well as vitamins D and K, to reflect the demands of the body during this phase. Additionally, the B vitamins, which are renowned for energy production and stress, are included in significant strengths

Fema 45+ is recommended by the Natural Health Advisory Service.

Dosage
Take one or two tablets three times a day.


This product is not recommended for pregnant or lactating women.
