Nature's Answer Burdock Root Alcohol-Free Extract : Burdock extract has the ability to absorb toxins from the gut and carry them through to the bowel for elimination; its diuretic properties clear toxins via the kidneys.

Burdock root is a great liver remedy, the plant can relieve inflammatory conditions such as joint pain, can be used as herbal remedy for gout, and inflammatory skin concerns. As an effective antibacterial and antifungal herb, burdock will fight all manner of infection including the acne causing bacteria that live on skin's surface. . Apply the poultice externally to ulcers, bruises, sores and boils; and the decoction to impetigo, cold sores and ringworm.

Burdock is a rich source of inulin, a polysaccharide that is known to enhance white blood cell activity and hence aid immune enhancement.

Dosage: One ml upto three times daily


Side effects: Caution is advised with individuals with high blood pressure. Do not use if pregnant or nursing.
