I eat well, do I really need to take a multi nutrient?
Multi nutrients are particularly important for replenishing our nutrient levels commonly affected by a lack of variety or quantity of wholefoods in our diet, as well as the intake of medications, alcohol and environmental toxins. The increase of intensive farming methods across the world has sadly meant that our soil is gradually decreasing in essential nutrients such as Selenium, making even the freshest fruit and vegetables deficient in certain vitamins and minerals, and therefore increasing our need to supplement with a powerful all-round multi-vitamin.
Do I need to take extra vitamin D with this?
This is safe to combine with Vitamin D, and you may choose to supplement with extra Vitamin D during autumn and winter, or if you are unwell, staying indoors for extended periods of time, elderly, have dark skin or are pregnant or breast-feeding.
What is the difference between this and your Women’s Daily Multi Nutrient?
This formula has been expertly formulated to reflect the change in nutrient demands of women aged 45 plus, who require more energy, immune and endocrinological support as they move through the natural hormone fluctuations that occur at this life stage, whereas our Women’s Food-Grown Daily Multi Nutrient has been formulated with the specific nutrient demands of younger women aged 44 and below in mind.
Can I take this alongside Botanical Menopause?
Yes, absolutely. These formulas are a perfect combination and support all the physical and emotional needs of women through the perimenopause and menopause.
Can I take this alongside additional Magnesium, Vitamin C or B vitamins?
Yes, you can.
