Directions: As a food supplement, take three capsules together at any time of day, or as directed by your healthcare professional. These can be taken with or without food. Wild Nutrition supplements are made from food, so you don't need to take them with a meal. Capsules can be opened and added to any cold food or drinks.
If taking medication or under medical supervision, please consult your healthcare practitioner before taking any food supplement. We do not recommend this product during pregnancy. This product contains betaine hydrochloride and should not be used concurrently with H2-blocking drugs, proton pump inhibitors or with those individuals with a history of a peptic or duodenal ulcer. We advise taking your supplements a minimum of 2 hours from the time of taking any medication. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Is this a ‘complete’ multi vitamin?
Whilst this formula does not contain all the daily nutrients we need – as our Daily Multi Nutrients do – its purpose is to intensify restoration and promote aspects such as balanced energy, healthy sleep patterns and calm the nervous system and is ideal for more short-term use in order to promote recovery. Women looking to support their thyroid, metabolism, appetite and weight management will also find this formula helpful.
Can I take this if I have been told to avoid mushrooms?
Botanical mushrooms are traditionally used for their therapeutic properties and their proven ability to promote immunity and overall health. They have been shown to support many conditions and have not been linked to Candida (yeast overgrowth) like culinary mushrooms. However, if you are allergic to mushrooms please avoid taking this product without medical support.
Do I need to take extra Vitamin D with this?
This already includes 100 iu (2.5mcg) in this formula, but it is safe to take additional products that contain Vitamin D alongside this product. If you would like any further advice please contact our customer care team.
Can I take this whilst trying to conceive?
Yes, this is safe for use in fertility, however it does not contain the right levels of certain nutrients, including Folic Acid. Unless you are supplementing with other nutrients we recommend taking their Food-Grown Fertility as an alternative.
Can I take extra Magnesium, Vitamin C or B Vitamins with this?
Yes, you can.
Can I take your KSM-66 Ashwagandha Plus with this?
Yes, you can.
Can I take this whilst pregnant?
No, we do not recommend this product during pregnancy. As an alternative, we recommend our Food-Grown Pregnancy, which contains all the officially recommended levels of nutrients needed whilst pregnant.
