Solgar Vitamin B-Complex With Vitamin C 100 tablets is a specialised formula with a complex of Vitamins B with Vitamin C to help support energy & enhance immunity.

The B vitamins help to maintain the health of the nerves, skin, eyes, hair, liver and mouth as well as healthy muscle tone in the gastrointestinal tract and proper brain function. B-complex vitamins act as coenzymes, helping enzymes to react chemically with other substances and are involved in energy production.

Vitamin B-Complex With Vitamin C tablets may be useful for alleviating symptoms of stress or anxiety as well.

Signs of vitamin B Complex deficiency: Because the B vitamins work together, a deficiency in one often indicates a deficiency in another.

Dosage
Two (2) tablets daily, preferably at mealtimes.

FREE OF: Gluten, Wheat, Dairy, Soy, Yeast, Preservatives, Sweeteners or Artificial Flavours.

Two (2) tablets provide: Vitamin C (as L-Ascorbic acid) 500 mg. Bulking Agent: microcrystalline cellulose. Pantothenic Acid (as D-pantothenate, calcium) 100 mg, Niacin (vitamin B3, as nicotinamide) 100 mg, Inositol 100 mg, Choline (as choline bitartrate) 41 mg. Anti-caking Agents: silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium, stearate, vegetable stearic acid. Glazing Agents: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, vegetable glycerin (from palm kernel oil and coconut oil). Colours: riboflavin, titanium dioxide. Cellulose Gum. Thiamin (vitamin B1, as thiamin mononitrate) 10 mg, Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCI) 10 mg, Natural Source Powdered Herb Blend (kelp, alfalfa, 13 mg leaf and stem, acerola extract fruit, parsley leaf and stem, rose hips fruit and watercress leaf), Riboflavin (vitamin B2) 10 mg, Vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin) 25 µg, D-biotin 25 µg, Folic Acid (as pteroylmonoglutamic acid) 100 µg.
