Tick Tock Rooibos Tea helps protect the immune system.

In 1903 Benjamin Ginsberg, founder of rooibos tea, rode into the remote Cedarberg mountains in the Cape and found farmers making a rough brew from a wild plant.

Using traditional tea curing techniques he perfected his delicious tea now enjoyed around the world. Today his family continue their unbroken tradition with Tick Tock tea, made to his original specification, enjoyed since 1903.

Gentle and soothing, rooibos is well known for it's many health properties. Naturally caffine free Tick Tock can be enjoyed by the whole family at any time of the day, or as an ideal bedtime drink. And it's high in antioxidants that can help protect your immune system against free radicals.

Organically grown, Tick Tock rooibos tea is harvested by hand and cured naturally in the clear Cedarberg air.

Add freshly boiled water and allow to brew for 2-4 minutes. Add sugar and honey to taste. Delicious with, or without, milk. Also with lemon, or as an iced tea with mint.

Organically grown rooibos tea (Aspalathus linearis).
