Each capsule contains Magnesium (as oxide, citrate and bisglycinate) 200mg, Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCI) 25mg, Saffron (Crocus sativus) extract (providing 0.3% Safranal, equivalent to 90mg of saffron) 15mg, Vegetable capsule 100mg.
