Solgar's Omega 3 Double Strength capsules contain high strengths of omega-3's called EPA & DHA from cold water fish. Four capsules of omega-3 fish oil by Solgar provide 1440mg of EPA and 960mg of DHA.

Directions: As a food supplement, take four Solgar Double Strength Omega-3 fish oil capsules daily, preferably at mealtime, or as professionally directed.
