Directions: Stick the MOSKINTO patch directly on to the skin over the bite before scratching for rapid relief from the itching within 10 - 20 minutes. Do not stick the patch on open wounds; so if your scratching has already caused a wound, you can no longer use the plaster. It can be used for wasp or bee stings as long as you are not allergic to these types of stings and remove the stinger before use. Moskinto's adhesive is strong since it is needed to lift the skin in order to allow the lymphatic system to drain. If you want to remove it, you can apply baby oil for 10 minutes, let it sit for a few minutes, and then remove it slowly while the patch is wet.
Will they cause an allergic reaction?
The patches are coated with a skin friendly acrylate adhesive so there should be no reason for an allergic reaction. A reaction may occur rarely but this is more likely to be from a current medication or enhanced use of nicotine or alcohol.
Do they work as mosquito repellents?
Unfortunately, they do not repel mosquitoes and other insects, they just work very quickly on any bites you may have.
