Lamberts Green Tea provides a high strength green tea extract tablet with guaranteed levels of catechins which are powerful antioxidants.Green tea has been shown to improve blood flow and lower cholesterol.Green tea has also been shown to help block the formation of plaques that are linked to Alzheimer's disease. Green tea seems to help keep blood sugar stable in people with diabetes. Because catechins lower cholesterol and blood pressure, they can help protect against the damage a high-fat diet can cause

Lamberts ensure that the green tea extract is of the very best quality with a high level of active ingredients. The green tea extract is obtained from whole green tea leaves harvested young and without the leaves being fermented: (the process that turns green tea in to black tea). Just one of these tablets is equivalent to ½ litre of traditionally brewed green tea but with a caffeine content a fraction of normal tea.

Lamberts Green Tea tablets are versatile and can be used to provide extra antioxidant protection in addition to antioxidants obtained from the diet. The benefits of Green tea include its ability to enhance weight loss and to relax the mind due to its theanine content.

Dosage: Take one tablet daily before breakfast and one mid-morning.
