In addition, it contains extracts of wheat germ and rose hips.Iron is an essential dietary factor and iron deficiency symptoms include fatigue, tiredness and anaemia.

Floradix Liquid has absorbable iron in the form of a yeast extract food supplement. In addition, Floradix contains B vitamins including thiamin, riboflavin, pyridoxine, folic acid and vitamin B12 in a readily available and absorbable form. Dosage: To maximise iron absorption, take Floradix Liquid Iron on an empty stomach either 30 minutes before a meal or two hours after a meal.
Adults: Take two teaspoons twice a day before meals
Children 6-12 years: Two teaspoons once daily
Children 1-5 years: One teaspoon daily
