Solgar Vitamins Bilberry Horse Chestnut Complex provides a synergistic blend of traditional botanicals and plant extracts to provide support for circulatory health and includes:

  • Bromelain - derived from pineapple, this potent agent is well known for its protective and strengthening effect on blood vessels.
  • Bilberry - may protect circulatory structures
  • Rutin - exerts protective effects on the circulatory system by strengthening capillaries and reducing inflammation.
  • Horse Chestnut - historically shown to support and strengthen lower limb circulation through its tonifying effects as well as reducing capillary fragility.
  • Grape Seed Extract - a rich source of oligomeric proanthocyanidins known to exert antioxidant, collagen stabilising and anti-inflammatory properties.
  • Yarrow - helps to dilate peripheral blood vessels.
  • Lime Blossom - a 'nervine' botanical that relaxes muscles and nerves easing circulation.

Bilberry Horse Chestnut Complex also contains hawthorn berry, cayenne and gotu kola; botanicals known for their circulatory benefits.

Directions: As a food supplement for adults, take one Bilberry Horse Chestnut Complex vegetable capsule daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.

Each vegetable capsule provides: Vegetable Capsule Shell: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose. Bromelain (2000 GDU* per gram from fresh pineapple) 100 mg, Bilberry Fruit Extract 4:1 (Vaccinium myrtillus) 100 mg (equivalent to 400 mg of fruit), Rutin (from Dimorphandra mollis) 50 mg, Horse Chestnut Extract 4:1 (Aesculus hippocastanum) 75 mg (equivalent to 300 mg of seed), Grape Seed Extract (providing 45 mg polyphenols 90%) 50 mg, Yarrow Extract 4:1 (Achillea millefolium) 50 mg, (equivalent to 200 mg of leaf and flower), Lime Blossom Extract 4:1 (Tilia spp.) 50 mg (equivalent to 200 mg of flower), Hawthorn Berry Extract 4:1 (Crataegus oxyacantha) 50 mg (equivalent to 200 mg of berry), Gotu Kola Extact 4:1 (Centella asiatica) 50 mg (equivalent to 200 mg of aerial), Cayenne (Capsicum annuum) (fruit) 25 mg.
