Arnica Montana 200c Dosage
Injuries: As directed by your healthcare professional, chew two tablets of Arnica Montana 200c at 45 minute intervals for five or six doses followed by 8 hourly for a few days.
Surgery: As directed by your healthcare professional, before surgery, chew two tablets three times a day for two days before surgery. After surgery, chew two tablets four hourly for the first three or four days and then continue with two tablets three times a day for as long as is required, as
Childbirth: As directed by your healthcare professional, before childbirth, chew one tablet once or twice during the first and second stages of labour. Take a dose as soon as possible after your baby is born and then four hourly for a few days. Continue for three times a day for as long as is necessary.
Remedies should be taken as a short course only, unless prescribed by a practitioner. This homeopathic medicinal product may help with symptomatic relief of muscular pain and stiffness.
