Vitamin B12 is known as the red vitamin since the body uses it to make and regenerate red blood cells. This is the only vitamin that also contains essential mineral elements,promotes the health of the circulatory and nervous systems and supports energy metabolism. It increases energy levels and improves concentration, memory and balance, making it amongst the nutrients that are helpful in managing conditions such as ADHS, ADD, dyslexia and dyspraxia. It relieves irritability and helps the body use folic acid.

Signs of vitamin B12 deficiency: Pernicious anaemia, irritability, poor co-ordination, chronic fatigue, constipation, headaches, including migraines, moodiness.

Dosage:One tablet daily.
