Directions: As a food supplement, take one to two capsules daily, ideally before or with breakfast or as advised by a health professional. If preferred, capsules can be pulled apart and mixed with a cool drink or food.
Close lid firmly after each use and do not remove desiccant sachet from the dispensers. Store in a cool, dry place. No need to refrigerate, but store below 25°C.
