Directions: As a food supplement, take two Thermo Detonator® Capsules with food twice daily. To assess tolerance, take one capsule twice per day for the first 7 days. For an explosive workout, take 2 capsules prior to training. Drink at least 8 glasses water per day. Do not take within 6 hours of intended sleep. Grenade® Thermo Detonator® fat burner capsules can be taken along with most other supplements as long as they don’t contain caffeine or other stimulants. DO NOT exceed two servings (4 capsules) per day.
Keep packaging for directions of use. To open, hold container upright and turn lid 90 degrees anticlockwise.

What is the difference between Thermo Detonator & Black Ops?
Black Ops is a great pre-workout supplement for increased performance capacity, whilst Thermo Detonator is suited for endurance and sustained energy throughout the day.
Can you stack Thermo Detonator alongside Black Ops?
Yes, if stacking both products together we recommend you replace 1 serving (2 capsules) of Thermo Detonator during the day with 1 serving of Black Ops (2 capsules) or .50 Calibre.
Is Thermo Detonator vegetarian?
Thermo Detonator is NOT currently vegetarian due to the capsules being made from bovine gelatine.
Is Thermo Detonator Halal or Kosher?
The bovine gelatine used within the capsule shell of Thermo Detonator is certified Halal and Kosher.
Is Thermo Detonator safe for use amongst women?
Yes!! Thermo Detonator contains ingredients safe for all genders to consume as long as you follow the recommended dosage and never consume more than 4 capsules a day! Not recommended for breast-feeding or pregnant women
