Gluten-Free Multivitamins

If you are on a gluten-free diet due to coeliac disease, or simply wish to avoid gluten, then there is a great need to use good quality gluten-free multivitamins containing minerals. 

People on a gluten-free diet have been found to be deficient in several vitamins and minerals including niacin, B12, folacin, zinc, calcium and magnesium. This may primarily be associated with the inability of the small intestine to properly absorb the vitamins and minerals that our bodies require.
