Zita West

Revital Essence

Suitable for Vegetarians

Zita West Revital Essence supplement provides a comprehensive range of vitamins while breastfeeding. Revital Essence has been specifically formulated for the fourth trimester ( 0-16 weeks following birth).

It is easy to under-estimate the physical, mental and emotional demands that these early months can bring for a new mother. The more you can keep your body well nourished and nutritionally balanced, the quicker it will heal and the better you will be able to get on top of your new responsibilities and routine.

Revital Essence is a comprehensive formula containing vitamins and nutrients all of which can be passed on to your baby through your milk if you are breastfeeding. For example, there's Beta Carotene, to help protect, safely, against Vitamin A deficiency and cell mutation. And a much broader and more effective range of anti-oxidants to help support the immune system.

Revital Essence helps restore energy and vitality following birth of the baby. It includes Silica, which is important for hair growth and condition, and Zinc, which is involved in hormonal balance and healing.
