Premtesse® For Women

Lamberts Premtesse® for Women is a unique high strength multi-nutrient formula especially for women of menstruating age, providing 21 nutrients, including a high level of vitamin B6, a nutrient known to contribute to the regulation of hormonal activity.

Lamberts vitamins for periods & menstruating women contain a relevant level of magnesium at 250 mg per 2 tablets, which is far more than you'll find in other multivitamin supplements. Lamberts have included magnesium at this level as it contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal psychological function.

Premtesse® can be used alongside other food supplements such as Evening Primrose Oil and Starflower (Borage) Oil.

Directions: As a food supplement, take two women's multivitamin capsules daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

This product is not recommended for pregnant or lactating women. This product contains iron which if taken in excess may be harmful to very young children. Keep out of sight and reach. Long term intake of this amount of Vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness. If you are taking anti-coagulants (blood thinners) do not take these tablets except on the advice of a doctor.
