How to use: Massage the Seaweed & Citrus Shampoo gently into wet hair, rinse thoroughly until hair is clean and repeat if required.

Are all Faith In Nature ingredients safe?
In the UK, the manufacture and supply of cosmetics is governed by the UK Cosmetics Regulation, which is part of UK consumer product safety legislation. Compliance is mandatory. All ingredients must be safe to use and ingredients are regularly reviewed by independent scientists. If an ingredient was found to be unsafe to use in a cosmetic product, it would be banned for use.
When do Faith In Nature State fragrance on their labels?
Faith In Nature fragrances are from natural origin. Every fragrance is composed from different ingredients of natural origin. They can be very complex blends. They use the legal name of Parfum (Fragrance) on the label. They have to state that to be able to legally sell our products in UK, Europe and other countries like USA. They also legally declare our fragrance allergens on all their products that contain them, which is a requirement for UK/EU regulations, and they declare the fragrance allergens even for countries which do not legally require them. Please be assured that they are not trying to hide anything, they are just being legally compliant.
Does any Faith In Nature products contain Palm Oil?
None of their products directly contain palm oil, but some of them contain an amount of palm oil derivatives. These are notoriously challenging to eradicate from the global industry so it’s vital they can trace those amounts. The majority of their raw materials that contain palm oil derivatives are certified by RSPO as either ‘Segregated’ or ‘Mass Balanced’ and they are working on the rest.

Are Faith In Nature products alcohol free?
Yes, they do not contain alcohol.
Are Faith In Nature products gluten free?
Although their products do not contain gluten, they cannot guarantee that there are no cross-contamination issues in the warehouse of our suppliers.
Are Faith In Nature Products Sulphate Free?
They do not use sodium laureth sulphate (SLES), or sodium lauryl sulphate (SLS) in any of their products. They do use ammonium laureth sulphate (ALES) in shampoos, shower gels and hand washes. ALES is considered to be a safe and effective cleansing agent and is biodegradable. Virtually 100% of this base is immediately removed from the skin or hair by the simple act of rinsing with water. Their hair conditioners do not contain any sulphates.
Are Faith In Nature products Paraben free?
Absolutely. They don’t use parabens in any of their products.
Are Faith In Nature products safe to use whilst pregnant?
Yes, all the products in their range are considered safe to use during pregnancy and breast feeding. Please be assured that the safety of their products alongside their ethics is their number one priority. They have had all their products independently safety tested by an expert toxicologist in line with the European Cosmetics and Toiletries Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009.
Are Faith In Nature products cruelty free?
Yes they are! Faith in Nature believes that no animal should suffer in the making of their products and that all beauty and household products should be cruelty free, this is a founding principle of their business. They are proud to be Leaping Bunny approved. A global programme, Leaping Bunny requires cruelty free standards over and above legal requirements. You can find the logo on the front of all our packaging.
Are Faith In Nature formulations biodegradable?
All Faith In Nature formulations contain a minimum of 99% biodegradable ingredients to ensure that they are gentle on the planet as well as on your skin. The formulations have been developed so that they break down, helping to minimise the impact they have on the environment.
