How do use: Pour a generous amount of sunscreen into your cupped palm and apply it to your body 20 minutes before sun exposure. Re-apply every two to four hours, depending on the intensity of sunlight. Always re-apply after swimming. When first applied, this sun cream has a light aroma that dissipates within 15 seconds. This is naturally occurring from the raw materials in the formulation, and there is no added fragrance or essential oil.

Are any products tested on animals?
Green People are and always have been totally opposed to any cruelty to animals. Since starting the Green People in 1997, they have operated following these principles.
What ingredients are not ussd in Green people products?
Ingredients never used are: Parabens, alcohol (ethyl alcohol, ethanol), harsh foaming agents, SLS/SLES, gluten, petrochemicals, mineral oils, silicones, lanolin, phthalates, triclosan, propylene glycol, irritating emulsifiers, synthetic fragrance, ethoxylated ingredients.
Do Green People products contain nuts?
If people have severe allergies to nuts, then it would be wisest to avoid all products made in premises that use or handle nuts. Although many of their products are made without nut-sourced ingredients, because almond oil is present on the premises there is always a risk of accidental contamination, albeit extremely slight.
Are Green People products safe to use during pregnancy?
All Green People products that contain essential oils use them at concentrations of less than 1.5% therefore all of organic beauty products can be safely used during pregnancy.
How can you tell how much product is left?

To get an idea of how much product you have left in the skin care tubes and hand wash bottles, switch your mobile phone torch on and lie the phone on a flat surface before placing the product on the torch light.
What is the origin of the Palm oil used in Green People products?
The palm oil used in Green People products is from certified organic sources in countries that do not have native orang-utans such as the Philippines and Equador.
Are Green People products suitable for vegans?
All products are vegetarian and the majority are Vegan, however there is the odd product which contains Beeswax or Propolis. All vegan products are marked as being such.
Are Green People products recyclable?
All products, with the exception of sachets and toothpastes, are 100% recyclable.
How to recycle a pump tube:The Green People pump tubes are plastic recycle code 5, Polypropylene (PP). They are fully recyclable and can be put whole in with your normal household recycling.
How to recycle a box: All Green People cardboard packaging is FSC approved and can be placed in your household recycling.

How to recycle a bottle: The recycled plastic bottle can be recycled at the kerb side through Local Authorities. Once you have finished with your product simply rinse out any residue and add it to your recycling box
Do Green People products contain Alcohol denat?
Alcohol denat is the same as ethanol or ethyl alcohol. When added to beauty products Alcohol can cause a drying of the skin and irritation, it is also a penetration enhancer and can increase the penetration of chemicals and pollutants through the skin.
