Zita West Revital Essence supplement provides a comprehensive range of vitamins while breastfeeding. Revital Essence has been specifically formulated for the fourth trimester (0-16 weeks following birth).

For example, there's Beta Carotene, to help protect, safely, against Vitamin A deficiency and cell mutation. And a much broader and more effective range of antioxidants to help support the immune system.

Revital Essence helps restore energy and vitality following birth of the baby. It includes Vitamin C, which accelerates wound healing and boosts collagen production, promoting skin health. Vitamin K contributes to blood clotting and supports bone health. Choline continues to nurture brain function, essential for new moms navigating the demands of motherhood. Zinc plays a vital role in immune support and wound healing, while Vitamin B12 and Iron support energy levels, crucial for the demands of new motherhood. 

Directions: As a food supplement, adults take two capsules of Zita West Revital Essence day per day with a cold drink, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Capsules can be taken together or dose split during the day.

For example, there’s Beta Carotene, to help protect, safely, against Vitamin A deficiency and cell mutation. And a much broader and more effective range of anti-oxidants to help support the immune system.  One capsule, taken three times a day with food, will provide, alongside a good diet, the most important micro-nutrients you need during the three to four months it takes your body to return to its pre-pregnant condition. The capsules are suitable for vegetarians. They are free from artificial colours, preservatives, gluten and yeast and are certified non-GM.  Should you decide to breastfeed, we recommend that Revital Essence should be taken in conjunction with VITALDHA for as long as you are breastfeeding, as you will be able to pass on the benefit of the supplement to your baby through your milk.
