Reishi mushroom or Ganoderma lucidum, also known as Lingzhi, has one of the oldest written records in medical texts. Chinese monks used Reishi to promote calmness, especially meditation and the ability to focus.
This reishi tincture contains only sustainably harvested reishi mushrooms and pure spring water. This innovative product uses a double extraction process, combining hot water and alcohol extraction methods to draw out the valuable water- and fat-soluble compounds. Directions: As a food supplement, add 1-3 pipettes of Rå Hygge Reishi extract to any beverage, such as coffee, tea, or fruit juice. The extract has only the pure taste of the mushroom, which is not too strong when mixed with your chosen drink in a glass.
The recommended maximum daily dose is three pipettes, 3 ml mushroom extract. It can be spread over several occasions during the day. One bottle equals 33 daily doses. Once opened, store it in the refrigerator.
Not suitable for children or during pregnancy. Do not exceed the recommended dose. After opening, the package should be stored in a refrigerator and used within 45 days.
