Dosage: Adults & Children aged 12 and over should take 1-2 capsules daily. Children aged four to twelve should take one capsule daily.

EPA thins the blood which is a desirable effect for the circulatory system. If, however, you are taking any medication that thins the blood, do not take this product without prior medical advice. Pregnant and lactating women should consult their doctor before taking any food supplement. Do not take if you have an allergy to fish
