Solgar Omnium 90 Tablets is a comprehensive multvitamin and mineral supplement which also contains phytonutrients such as extracts of brocolli known for their anti-mutagenic activity, antioxidants such as Co-Enzyme Q10, tocotrienols and grape and pine bark extracts together with digestive aids such as turmeric to ensure a complete breakdown of foods.

Solgar Omnium tablets are food state multivitamins and minerals which ensures high absorption and hence utilisation by the body.

Dosage
Take two tablets of Solgar Omnium vitamins daily.
