It is helpful for schizophrenia and other mental illnesses and is also a memory-enhancer.Signs of vitamin B3 deficiency: Tiredness, irritability, food rages due to blood sugar fluctuations and canker sores.

Dosage
One daily. Do not start with this dose. It is always advisable to use a maximum of 100mg per day initially for a few weeks and then build up the dose gradually due to the discomfort of flushing of the skin.
