Suitable for Vegetarians

£19.99

Vitamin B3 is needed for proper circulation and healthy skin. Niacin increases blood flow within minutes of ingestion and hence accounts for temporary flushing, which is completely avoided by using No Flush Niacin.

Niacin converts into active coenzymes which are essential for the production of energy, synthesis of certain hormones, metabolism of carbohydrates, fats, cholesterol and proteins, and the growth of body tissues. Numerous trials confirm that niacin is remarkable for lowering total blood cholesterol levels essentially by reducing cholesterol production in the liver.

Niacin has been used to elevate abnormally low levels of histamine which are linked with various symptoms such as recurrent mouth ulcers, tinnitus and psychological disorders.

Signs of vitamin B3 deficiency: Tiredness, irritability, food rages due to blood sugar fluctuations and canker sores.
