Directions: Shake well before each use. As a food supplement, upon waking, take 2ml (one dropper, 0.4tsp) under your tongue, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Swish around there for 2 minutes, then swallow. Take 2ml (one dropper, 0.4tsp) again in the evening. When you have taken 4 bottles, you can reduce the dose down to 2ml once per day.
If the taste is too strong, mix with a little water or natural juice. MaxiFocus® is more beneficial when taken at least 10 minutes before drinking any liquid and at least 15 minutes after eating. It is recommended to refrigerate after opening and use within 2 months.

How many months before I see an improvement in my general eye health with MaxiFocus?
Individual results can vary so timescales are difficult to predict. It is recommended to have the full dose (4 ml) for 4 bottles and then half dose (2ml) thereafter for maintenance.
I am taking Maxifocus for AMD (age-related macular degeneration). Do I need to take Taurine too?
Some people may benefit for increased taurine intake and can combine both products.
