Ross J. Barr's Joint, Muscle, and Bone Formula is a supplement designed to help maintain bone, muscle, and joint health while also promoting the effects of calcium in the body.

Ross Barr's bone and joint vitamins supplement is rich in calcium and other nutrients, this formula is focused on bone and joint health and muscle health. It includes boron to aid the metabolism of minerals including copper, magnesium, and calcium, as well as vitamin K, which contributes to bone density and helps boost the effects of calcium. Ross J. Barr’s Joint, Muscle, and Bone Formula may help support muscle function, defend against osteoporosis, contribute to the healthy structure of bones and teeth, and defend against rheumatoid arthritis.

This bone and joint support formula is suitable for vegetarians and people with Candida and yeast sensitivities. Does not include wheat, live yeast, starch, gluten, soy, milk products (lactose), added sugars, colorings, flavourings, or preservatives.

Directions: As a food supplement, take three Joint, Muscle & Bone capsules daily with food, or as directed by a practitioner. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
