Peep Club Heated Eye Wand LED+ is a wonderful at-home eye treatment and an innovative device designed to soothe and rejuvenate tired or dry eyes. Integrating multi-wavelength LED technology, a warming compress, and gentle massage, the Heated Eye Wand LED+ helps restore comfort to your eyes, as well as improve the appearance of the skin around the eyes, making it more radiant and firm.

In collaboration with leading UK optometrists and inspired by feedback from Peep Club customers, the LED+ heated eye wand represents 3 years of dedicated research and development. Retaining the core three modes—hot compress, gentle massage, and Red LED—this advanced model introduces two innovative features: Green LED light and Amber LED light. It boasts over 10 design and functionality enhancements, including a 1.5x larger wand head, an in-built 5-minute timer, and an upright-standing base.

For over 5 years, Peep Club’s Heated Eye Wands have been trusted for their clinically proven heat-only compress mode, which effectively restores hydration and comfort to dry, tired eyes by maintaining the optimal temperature better than traditional heated eye compresses. Gentle massage enhances hot compress effectiveness by improving circulation to reduce puffiness in upper and lower eyelids. The Red LED mode promotes collagen and elastin production, improving the appearance of fine lines over time. Newer modes, Green LED and Amber LED, deliver exciting advances in visible light therapy: Green LED soothes redness and inflammation, while Amber LED minimises redness and visible blood vessels, a common cause of dark circles.

Peep Club Heated Eye Wand LED+ Benefits:

  • Revitalizes the entire eye area within minutes, leaving your eyes refreshed and brighter
  • The heat-only mode functions as a hot compress to alleviate common dry eye symptoms, including redness, itchiness, and excessive watering, while offering soothing comfort

How to use: Ensure hands are clean before use and only use the Heated Eye Wand LED+ on closed eyes. Patch test the device on an area of skin on the inner arm or legfor at least 60 seconds to check no irritation is caused.

  1. Remove contact lenses. Cleanse the eye area. Next apply a product to give the Wand ‘slip’ (this will help it to easily glide across the skin without tugging) - you can use your favourite under-eye cream or serum or Instant Relief Eye Spray.
  2. Press and hold the ‘on/off’ button to turn the device on. Use the ‘+’ and ‘-’ buttons to select your preferred temperature (start at 37°C and only increase once you are comfortable). Allow 60 seconds to heat up.
  3. Choose your preferred mode. Modes 1 & 2 can be used around the whole eye area. Modes 3, 4 and 5 should not be used on the upper eyelid. A quick press of the ‘on/off’ button will change the mode.
  4. Run your wand very slowly along the eyelid. Start at the inner corner of the eye and slowly glide the wand towards the outer eye. Remember to be very gentle.
  5. 5. You can use the Wand on other areas of the face, such as frown or smile lines

The display screen has a timer built in to help guide you while you are using the device. We recommend using the wand for 2-5 minutes per eye per session, with a maximum total usage of 15 minutes per eye per day. The wand can be used morning and/or night.

Working modes:

  • MODE 1: Hot compress only (for use on upper & lower lids)

What are the improvements of the Heated Eye Wand LED+ compared to the original and Pro versions?
The Heated Eye Wand LED+ is the latest edition and comes with several upgrades:

  • 1.5x larger metal head for increased coverage
  • Stand-up base for easy storage
  • Built-in 5-minute timer for guided sessions
  • Five treatment modes, including three LED therapy modes (red, green, amber) alongside heat-only and heat + massage
  • USB Type-C charging for faster and more convenient recharging
  • The Heated Eye Wand Pro comes in a nickel-free version, making it a better option for those with nickel allergies.

How long should I use my Heated Eye Wand LED+?
We recommend using your Heated Eye Wand LED+ for 2-5 minutes per eye. The built-in timer is set to 5 minutes, so you don’t have to keep track.

  • For dry, tired eyes (Hot Compress Mode): Use Mode 1 (Heat only) or Mode 2 (Heat + Massage) with light pressure, gliding slowly in one direction.
  • For fine lines and puffiness (LED Therapy): Use Mode 3 (Red LED), Mode 4 (Green LED), or Mode 5 (Amber LED) under the eyes and along fine lines.

How often should I use my Heated Eye Wand LED+?
We recommend using the hot compress modes up to twice a day (morning and evening) for the first 2-3 weeks. After that, continue using it as needed, whether daily or a few times a week. For LED Therapy, we recommend 5 minutes per area, alternating days for the different colours to maximise benefits.

Why does my wand automatically switch off?
The Heated Eye Wand LED+ has a built-in 5-minute timer. If you would like to continue using it after that time, simply turn the device back on. We recommend 5 minutes per area, so you may need to restart the device a few times in one session.

What are the different LED colours for?

Red LED (Mode 3, ~630 nm) – Boosts collagen and elastin, helping to reduce fine lines and improve skin texture.

Green LED (Mode 4, ~520 nm) – Soothes inflammation and helps brighten the skin.

Amber LED (Mode 5, ~590 nm) – Reduces dark circles and discolouration.

Why can I not use LED on my upper eyelids?
LED light therapy is designed for the lower eye area and fine lines. The skin on the upper eyelid is thinner and more sensitive, and the effects of LED therapy in this area have not been studied for safety. Use only Hot Compress Mode (Mode 1 or Mode 2) on the upper eyelid.

Does the Heated Eye Wand LED+ contain nickel? What if I have a nickel allergy?
The Heated Eye Wand LED+ contains a small amount of nickel in the metal alloy and is not suitable for those with a nickel allergy. If you are concerned about nickel sensitivity, patch test by holding the wand on your hand for 5 minutes. We also offer the Heated Eye Wand Pro in a nickel-free version, which is the only version available without nickel.

How do I turn my Heated Eye Wand LED+ on and switch between modes?
Press and hold the power button to turn the device on. A quick press of the power button will change the mode. The wand features five modes, including heat therapy, gentle massage, and three LED wavelengths (red, green, and amber).

How do I adjust the temperature?
Use the ‘+’ and ‘-’ buttons to select your preferred temperature. Start at 37°C and increase only if comfortable. The wand heats up in 60 seconds.

How do I clean my Heated Eye Wand LED+?
Clean the wand after every use. Wipe down the metal head with a dry cloth. For a deeper clean, use an alcohol spray, hypochlorous acid spray, or a disinfectant wipe. Avoid submerging or pouring water directly onto the device.

Can the Heated Eye Wand LED+ help with puffy eyes or eye bags?
Yes! The heat, massage, and LED therapy work together to boost circulation and reduce fluid retention, helping to decrease puffiness and refresh the under-eye area.

Can I use the Heated Eye Wand LED+ after cataract surgery?
If you have fully recovered and been discharged from hospital for at least 6 months, it should be safe to use. However, we always recommend checking with your optometrist before use, as every eye is unique.

Can I use the Heated Eye Wand LED+ after glaucoma surgery?
If you have fully recovered and been discharged from hospital for at least 12 months, it should be safe to use. However, we always recommend checking with your optometrist before use.

I get headaches. Can I use the Heated Eye Wand LED+?
Please consult your doctor before using the wand if you experience frequent headaches, as heat and LED therapy may not be suitable for all headache types.

How long does it take to charge the Heated Eye Wand LED+?
The wand takes 1.5 hours to fully charge. We recommend keeping it charged every 2-3 days to maintain performance and avoid letting the battery fully drain.

What is the lifespan of the Heated Eye Wand LED+?
The wand is designed to last 2-4 years before needing replacement. It is covered under a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. Over time, you may notice a decrease in battery life, which is normal for rechargeable devices.

My wand isn’t turning on. What should I do?
The power button may feel stiff when the wand is brand new. Try pressing and holding it down firmly for a few seconds. If needed, ask someone to help. The button will loosen slightly with regular use.

Does the Heated Eye Wand LED+ come with a charger?
Yes, the wand comes with a USB Type-C charging cable. It is designed to work with standard USB charging adaptors, making it compatible with most outlets worldwide.
