Femarelle® Rejuvenate contains a blend of vitamins in a supplement for perimenopause to help support good health and wellbeing.
The decline in estrogen levels starting in women’s 40s leads to a chronic hormonal imbalance affecting women from this stage onwards. These hormonal changes will affect your skin, your sleep, your energy levels, and your mood, which can have a major impact on your daily life. However, this can be controlled.
Femarelle® perimenopause tablets target the primary stages and symptoms that accompany the hormonal changes that start in your 40s. Femarelle® capsules contain vitamin B2, which helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue, and vitamin B7, which helps to maintain normal hair and skin as well as normal psychological function. They also contains DT56a, a clinically studied ingredient, derived from soy. DT56a helps replenishing estrogens levels where it’s needed, causing no interference in other ways.
With Femarelle® Rejuvenate, you will experience:
- Better control over your decreased mood
- Improved sleep
- Increased energy levels
- Better skin elasticity
Directions: As a food supplement, take 1 capsule of Femarelle Rejuvenate twice daily (morning and evening) with or without food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
If you have a condition requiring medical attention or are taking prescribed drugs, consult your GP before taking this per-menopause supplement. Not for use during pregnancy, breastfeeding or for children under 12.
2 capsules provide: DT56a - Soybean extract 644mg, Flaxseed 100mg, Vitamin B2(Riboflavin) 2mg, Vitamin B7(Biotin) 200mcg. Capsule: Bovine gelatin (BSE-TSE free).

How does the Femarelle® line work?
The main ingredient in the Femarelle® line is called DT56a, which originates from soybeans. Who should take Femarelle® Rejuvenate?
If you are in your 40s and starting to experience menstrual fluctuation, you may start to see and feel the appearance of different symptoms related to hormonal changes due to estrogen decline. The symptoms include a decrease of skin elasticity, sleep disturbances, mood swings and changes in your sexual drive. Femarelle® Rejuvenate was developed with you in mind. Femarelle® Rejuvenate will support you in dealing with the primary hormonal changes that you are experiencing.
Who should take Femarelle® Recharge?
If you are no longer menstruating and start to experience menopausal symptoms, such as hot flushes and night sweats, Femarelle® Recharge is for you and will help you to deal with the symptoms associated with menopause swiftly. However, menopause is much more than hot flushes and night sweats. You may see that your sleep is affected as well as your sex drive, and some may even start to experience vaginal dryness and recurring vaginal and urinary tract infections. Femarelle® Recharge was shown in numerous studies and with more than 20 years of market experience that women typically feel relief of the bothersome symptoms within the first month of use, some even within the first week of use.
Who should take Femarelle® Unstoppable?
Women in their 60s and above who are over their menopause transition and are no longer suffering from hot flushes and are looking for the best possible solution to support their bone health and may suffer from vaginal discomfort and want to increase their energy levels, should take Femarelle® Unstoppable.
Can Femarelle® cause undesirable side effects?
Femarelle® has been available since 2000 with more than 9.5 million months of use, and, to date, no significant adverse reactions have been reported. However, each of us can have a different reaction to anything we consume. If you experience side effects, we advise you to consult your physician. Note that Femarelle® contains soy.
Can i combine Femarelle® with other products?
If you have any specific questions regarding the possible interaction with your medication or supplements, we advise you to consult your healthcare practitioner.
How often should Femarelle® be taken?
Femarelle® should be taken twice daily, one capsule in the morning and one in the evening; it can be taken with or without food.
Can the dosage be increased?
We have seen that, in some women, an increase of the dosage to three capsules per day, taking two when the relief is most needed, has been shown to be beneficial. Therefore, if the symptoms are stronger during the day, two capsules should be taken in the morning and one in the evening for a week. If the symptoms are more difficult at night, the morning dose should remain at one capsule with the increased dosage taken in the evening. There is no risk in taking a larger dose, and the dosage can be reduced back to two capsules a day once improvement in the symptoms is felt. Please note that it is crucial that Femarelle® be taken twice a day regardless of the dosage.
Is Femarelle® an estrogen or hormone?
Femarelle® is not an estrogen or hormone. It is a natural food supplement made from a proprietary soy extract, flax and vitamins/minerals, depending on the particular product.
Does Femarelle® contain gluten?
No, Femarelle® is a gluten-free product.
Is it possible to open the femarelle® capsule and take only the content with water?
The capsule protects the active ingredient from the high acidity of the stomach, which may destroy it, so we recommend not opening the capsules. However, if taking the powder alone relieves your symptoms, you may continue taking Femarelle® this way. Instead of putting it in water, though, we recommend that is be taken on a spoon with some yogurt that will ease the swallowing of the powder.
Is the dosage effective regardless of weight?
Two capsules per day have been found to be effective for most women; however, if you need to increase the dosage, you may do so according to the time of the day that you suffer most, without risk.
What should be done if a dose is missed?
If a dose is missed, the capsule should be taken as soon as possible, and the regular schedule should then be resumed. There is no need to take a double dose to make up for a missed dose.
When and how long should Femarelle® be taken?
Femarelle® is a food supplement that can be taken safely for the long term to enhance women’s well-being in the post reproductive stage of their lives. The longer you take Femarelle®, the longer it will support your daily life.
What Femarelle® should i start using?

Femarelle® Recharge is intended for women who start to feel the symptoms of menopause, usually around their 50s. Femarelle® Unstoppable is intended for women 60+, who are searching for a worthy solution to maintain and/or improve their bone and vaginal health. Is there a difference between Femarelle® and isoflavones?
Femarelle® is not an isoflavones extract. The manufacturing process does not isolate any single component from the soybean, which is done with isoflavone-based products, but uses a proprietary process that forms a unique and stable supplement that was proven, through numerous published studies, to bring relief of symptoms while supporting women from anti-aging to healthy aging.
