Equazen Fish Oil is a citrus flavoured liquid that is ideal for children or adults who have difficulty swallowing capsules. The fish oil liquid formula contains Omega 3 essential fatty acids derived from fish oil, sardines, and Omega 6 essential fatty acids derived from unrefined extra virgin evening primrose oil. Equazen fish oil is certified free from chemicals or additives./p>

Essential fatty acids are important for good health. Since your body is unable to produce some of these essential fatty acids, they must be obtained through your diet.  Many years of scientific investment have been spent developing and creating the Equazen range as we know it today. A blend of both Omega-3 and Omega-6, the Equazen range has different products for different life stages.

Equazen Liquid for Children is also suitable for adults who find it hard to swallow capsules. The fish oil liquid can be taken from the spoon, or even added to smoothies, drinks or food; the flavouring is a tasty blend of natural lemon flavours.

Equazen® Liquid Key Ingredients:

• Omega-3 Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) from fish oil is a marine fatty acid, which provides the building blocks of the brain and eyes. 
• Omega-3 Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) is one of the fatty acids that makes up Omega-3 found in oily fish.
• Omega-6 Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA) from cold pressed evening primrose oil and metabolite Arachidonic Acid (AA), ensures a synergistic and balanced formulation to meet the body’s individual needs.

Directions: As a food supplement, take one 5-ml teaspoon per day with food. When starting supplementation, it is recommended to take three 5-ml teaspoons per day for the first 12 weeks to help balance essential fatty acids in the body.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of young children. If pregnant or nursing, consult your healthcare professional before taking.  Food supplements are not to be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.  Do not exceed the daily dose.
