Nature's Answer Dandelion Root extract in an alcohol-free liquid acts as a liver tonic and as a diuretic to rid the body of excess water.

Dandelion root has a long history of use as a tonic to the liver. It has been shown to stimulate the production and release of bile by the liver and gall bladder helping to break down fats and aid digestion. As a bitter, dandelion stimulates the digestive process helping to break down all foods more efficiently and thus prevent their stagnation which often leads to constipation.

This Dandelion tincture is also a rich source of inulin, a prebiotic which may aid weight loss.

Dandelion extract has been confirmed as having diuretic activity. Conventional diuretics may eliminate potassium however dandelion's rich content of this mineral addresses this concern. Potassium maintains healthy neuromuscular function, cardiovascular function and is a key mineral in stress protection.

Dosage: Take one ml of Dandelion tincture up to three times daily.

Side Effects: None noted. Do not use if pregnant or nursing.
