Azelaic Acid is a powerful antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, skin-friendly acid suitable for all skin types. It helps calm inflammatory skin concerns and also helps improve an uneven skin tone.
Unlike comparable suspensions or serums, Garden of Wisdom’s formula contains 12% Potassium Azeloyl Diglycinate (PAD) – a water-soluble Azelaic Acid derivative with a silky-smooth texture and super-hydrating properties.
It helps to inhibit the growth of bacteria in the skin follicles and removes dead skin cells, making it a highly effective way for the prevention of spots. Azelaic Acid also can brighten and lighten an uneven skin tone and improve the appearance of age spots and freckles.

How to use: Apply a sufficient amount of Azelaic Acid to cover the face after cleansing, before creams and oils in the morning and evening. Use sunscreen during the day.
Do not use on irritated skin and discontinue if irritation occurs. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse with warm water. If using in the day, follow with an SPF.

What is the difference between the two Azelaic Acids by GOW?
Azelaic 10% contains pure azelaic acid at a concentration of 10% and this is gritty even after milling the powder finely whilst the other one is simply called Azelaic Acid and contains a derivative called PAD which is super silky and ultra hydrating at a different price point. Both products achieve the same end result albeit slightly differently.
