Arnica Balm works to provide symptomatic relief of rheumatic pain, muscle pain, stiffness, bruising, sprains and minor sports injuries.
Spots & Stripes Arnica Balm muscle rub is a powerful duo of arnica and calendula which helps speeds up healing, reduces bruising and soothes unhappy skin, while lavender and rosemary enhance circulation and relieve muscle pain. This arnica balm is moisture-rich vitamin E and shea butter reduce scarring and reinforce skin's natural barrier.
Arnica Balm Key Ingredients:
- Arnica - a traditional herbal medicinal product used for the symptomatic relief of muscular and rheumatic pain. Based on traditional use only.
- Calendula - has been used for generations for nourishing and protecting your skin.
- Eucalyptus - traditionally used as a valuable traditional remedy to the native people of Australia, who soaked the leaves in boiling water to release a powerful vapour. Used in massage Eucalyptus can boost the circulation and warm cold hands and feet.
- Rosemary - a highly stimulating oil known to help awaken creativity and improve short-term memory, the herbal aroma will help to clear the mind and enliven the brain.
- Lavender – the tried-and-true oil that helps create a peaceful and calming experience that leaves your body relaxed and your mind soothed.
Awesome Arnica Balm can be used head-to-toe for bruising, cramps, headaches, sprains and minor sports injuries.
How to use:
- For bruises and muscle aches, warm a pea-sized blob of balm in your hands and gently massage into the affected area.
- For headaches, use fingers to gently massage a very small amount of balm into temples or forehead.
- For period pains and cramps, warm two pea-sized blobs of balm in your hands and rub onto your stomach in circular motions.
Use three or four times a day.
For external use only. Discontinue using if irritation occurs. If it does gets in your eyes, rinse well with warm water.

This is the PAO symbol. The number in the jar symbol shows the shelf life of your product after you open it. A tip! Products will last longer if you store them out of direct sun and heat.
