How to use: Open the outer resealable bag and set it aside. Cut open the inner packaging and drain the water. Using a butter knife or any dull instrument, cut a piece of the Wrap to the correct size, remove from the paper backing, and place the gel pad directly on the desired area for 20 – 60 minutes. You can cover it with plastic wrap and/or an ace bandage if necessary to keep it in place. After use, place it back into the resealable plastic bag and re-use. Refrigerate after opening.
