Wild Nutrition Perimenopause Complex is a blend of botanicals, vitamins, and minerals designed to help women in the perimenopause stage with hormone and mood regulation, fatigue reduction, and immune and nervous system support.

The perimenopause stage is characterised by a change in a woman's hormones, which affects her physical body, mental health, and mood. Perimenopause Complex by Wild Nutrition contains two key botanicals: the adaptogenic herb Shatavari, which helps maintain balance in female physiology during menopause and Safr'Inside™ Saffron, which is shown to contribute to emotional balance and help maintain a positive mood. Additionally, Vitamin B6 and Magnesium contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and psychological function; Pantothenic Acid promotes mental performance; and Iron promotes cognitive health.

Hormonal instability and changes in the immune system affect the mitochondria, which can cause energy levels to fluctuate. Vitamin B6, Iron, and Magnesium support the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Perimenopause is a stage that can also affect the health of the immune system, creating immune weakness in some and symptoms of inflammation in others. Vitamin B6 and iron both support a healthy immune system.

Directions: As a food supplement, take 2 capsules of Perimenopause Complex daily (morning or evening) with or without food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Is this product safe if you are looking to conceive? 
Women in perimenopause may be looking to conceive, and therefore this product may be suitable but before going ahead, please consult your healthcare professional for specific advice. This is especially critical if you are taking any medications, hormones, or looking at assisted fertility (IVF and so forth).

Is this a multivitamin?
No. This is a unique complex of botanicals and Food-Grown® nutrients that has been specifically formulated to support all stages of perimenopause and is therefore not a multivitamin. This product can be taken alongside others in our range that contain the daily nutrients required for this life stage.

Can I take this while undergoing HRT or other types of hormone replacement or hormone contraception?
