Together’s vegetarian vitamin B Complex capsules are made using the highest quality natural foods, including whole citrus pulp, corn, alfalfa and soy.

When vitamins and minerals are in their whole food form, our bodies understand them better and this makes them far easier to absorb.

These capsules also contain natural bioflavonoids, the powerful antioxidants that help Vitamin C absorption.

Together Health do not add anything else to this specially grown and gently powdered food. The powder is enclosed into 100% vegetable capsules and then packed into handy re-sealable pouches; perfect for when you’re on-the-go.

Free from wheat; yeast; gluten; milk products (lactose); added sugars; chemicals; additives; colourings; flavourings; preservatives and GM ingredients.

Dosage: One capsule daily with or without food.
