Directions: As a food supplement, please follow the suggested intake based on age, or as directed by your healthcare professional. 4 Sprays contain 100mg of vitamin C.
Initial use: press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing. Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds. Replace the cap after use.
- 1-5 years of age: use 1 spray a day
- 6-12 years of age: use 2 sprays a day, taken together or separately
- 11-14 years of age: use 3 sprays a day, taken together or separately
- 15-17 years of age: use 4 sprays a day, taken together or separately
