What exactly is Rosa Damascena (Hydroessential Rose) Flower Oil? Is this rose essential oil? I assume there is no rose water in your product?
Rose essential oil isn’t water soluble. The hydroessential rose is not a rose essential oil, it is a proprietary extract blend of the rose’s natural chemistry. A rose hydrosol is the condensation of droplets of water from steaming the rose flower plant material.
