Suitable for Adults and Children above 12 years of age Apply to the areas of tension and pain as needed. Clean and dry the affected area. Remove the plastic backing from one side of the patch. Smooth that side over the area where you want pain relief. As you remove the other half of the plastic backing, smooth the remainder of the patch over the area of pain. Please remove the patch no later than 6 hours after applying. Do not use more than three times daily for seven days. Single use only.
Calm patches contain a special selection of herbs to help ease tensions such as headaches and migraines; they also remedy the stagnation of thoughts, or brain fog, and soothe frustration and agitation. Herbs such as wild jujube seed, coix seed, and polygala are selected for their ability to calm the mind and help induce and sustain a deeper sleep. Apply the sleep patches 15 minutes before the above. Apply one sleep patch to each temple and leave them on until the morning. After applying, massage the patch for a minute or two to further release the herbs. The recommended use is one on each temple per application.
