L-Arginine HCl

1000mg 90-Tablets

Suitable for Vegetarians

£20.75

Lamberts L-Arginine HCl supplement provides 1000mg of the amino acid L-arginine for its multi-faceted benefits within the body.

Lamberts® L-Arginine is a pure, free-form amino acid that is ready to be absorbed by the body without needing to be broken down by digestive enzymes. This product is made in the UK to pharmaceutical GMP standards and each tablet provides a full 1000mg of L-Arginine HCl.

Arginine is considered a non-essential amino acid although research indicates that it is conditionally essential in cases where the body may not be able to manufacture a sufficient amount in times of rapid growth, trauma and other physical stresses. For this reason research has been carried out on the use of arginine supplementation.

The body uses arginine to make nitric oxide (NO), a substance that relaxes blood vessels, and the vasodilator effect of nitric oxide is an important factor in maintenance of healthy blood flow around the body as well as cardiovascular protection. Arginine assists in wound healing, stimulating immune function and promoting secretion of several hormones, including glucagon, insulin and growth hormone. The increase in nitric oxide and the vasodilator effect makes arginine very popular for erectile dysfunction and impotence. It is also known to increase sperm count and motility making it a must in any fertility regime.

Dosage: Take one to four tablets daily preferably on an empty stomach.

This product is not recommended for children, or pregnant or lactating women. Do not use this supplement if you suffer from herpes and avoid if you have liver or kidney disease.
