How to use: Always light all three wicks at the same time and burn for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4 hours to ensure the wax burns evenly. Always trim wicks to about 1cm before lighting.
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Burn candle out of reach of children and pets. Do not burn candles on or near anything that can catch fire. Do not touch, may be hot. Avoid direct inhalation of any smoke. Keep wax pool clear of matches and debris. Do not move a burning candle. Never use liquid to extinguish. Snuff out the flame, do not blow it out. Place candle upright. Remove all packaging before lighting. Do not place near a heat source. Keep candles at least 10cm apart. Do not burn in a draught. Prevent leaving candle unused for prolonged time. Do not use if vessel is damaged.
Place on a heat protected level surface. Stop use when 10mm of wax remains. Extinguish if candle flame flickers, smokes or gets too high. Allow the wax pool to harden before re-lighting the candle.

How are Neom candles made?
Every single candle is hand-made from start to finish by a team in the English countryside. Multiple different steps are happening at the same time, so in between blending naturally-derived wax with 100% natural fragrance and hand-pouring the candles, the team can move on to straightening and trimming wicks, applying labels and wrapping them in boxes in different batches as the wax naturally sets.

Are Neom products certified organic?
NEOM products are not 100% organic and their products do not hold a final organic certification. However, they do use high levels of organic ingredients and you can see each product's organic inclusion percentage on its labelling Neom organic ingredients are always certified by an appropriate organisation in line with BCORP standards, e.g the Soil Association or COSMOS.
Are Neom candles vegan-friendly?
All Neom candles are not suitable for vegans as they contain beeswax.
How do I protect my furniture?
Neom products contain 100% natural essential oils, so it is not recommended to place candles, reed diffusers and well-being pods directly onto surfaces that may be subject to damage as a result of leakage or spillage. Wooden, metal, limestone or any other porous surface must be protected. Keep items away from soft furnishings.
