Viridian High Twelve B Complex contains a high dose of cobalamin (Vitamin B12) in a base of all B vitamins. Vitamin B6, Folic Acid and Vitamin B12 are required to reduce homocysteine levels in the body. Homocysteine is linked to cardiovascular health and to the neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's Disease and a decline in cognitive performance (senile dementia).
